Wayne Township is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hardworking full-time Road Crew Worker to join the Wayne Township Road Department. This position works under the direct supervision of the Roadmaster and is responsible for maintaining and repairing township roads, operating vehicles and heavy equipment, performing equipment maintenance, and supporting seasonal and emergency road operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in road maintenance, public works, or related construction, along with mechanical ability, communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety. This position requires flexibility to work 40 hours per week with additional nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
